IMPORTANT NOTE: legal entities are required to provide their registration number in the respective field when ordering.
SUBSCRIPTION (LICENCE) RENEWAL
The price for subscription renewal covers an extension of the existing subscription for a year from the date of license expiry, regardless of the renewal date.
For example, a subscription valid until 01.09.2024 will be renewed to 01.09.2025, regardless of whether the renewal was requested in August 2024 or in December 2024.

NOTE
The price of subscription (license) includes all upgrades and virus database definition updates for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The product and all its modifications will be available via download from the Internet, unless the user requests otherwise. In this case, the price will be changed to reflect the cost of storage media, packaging, shipping and other expenses.
Customer support via telephone and the Internet is also included in the price. On-site installation and support are charged in accordance with our customer service hourly rate. Training and consulting are available at the request of large customers. If you need additional information regarding support, please get in touch with us via email or telephone.
